Shipping Policy

All orders placed by 12pm AEST will be dispatched on the same day. Anytime after, it will be shipped the next business day.

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia for $12.95 and Express Post for $18.95. When you spend over $99 in one transaction, shipping is FREE.

For our friends in Cairns and the surrounding suburbs, you can enjoy local delivery for only $10.00. Alternatively, we offer Free Local Pick Up at our Shopfront - 2, 193 Hartley Street, Portsmith, Cairns QLD, 4870 from Monday to Thursday 9am – 2pm. Please allow up to 2 hours for your order to be packed with love. A message will be sent once it is ready for pick up.

We use Australia Post for our shipments, trusting them to deliver your items safely and promptly.

While we package each item carefully, please note that we can’t guarantee the safety of particularly fragile items after dispatch.

Dispatch and delivery times may vary during peak and holiday seasons.

Some items require a physical address and can’t be sent to PO Boxes.
