Returns & Refunds Policy
Timeframe:
You have 30 days from your purchase date to decide on keeping your item. After this period, we won’t be able to accept returns or offer full refunds.
Condition:
Items should be returned as received: unused and in their original packaging.
Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or ear cuffs. Some items, like perishables and certain personal care items, can’t be returned due to their nature. Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you return a gift, you’ll receive store credit. The gift giver will be notified if they had the item shipped to themselves.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
If there are delays or issues with your refund, please first check with your bank or card provider. If problems persist, contact us at hello@nurturemylife.com.au.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you with the process.
Defects:
If an item arrives defective, we sincerely apologise. Email us, and we’ll work with you to address the issue.
Return Shipping:
